Our Outreach programs provide a vital community service. Our programs are coordinated throughout the year and are administered to help families and individuals.
Requirements include residency within the Palatine Township boundaries, and other qualifications include economic guidelines or recommendations by social service agency or school. Eligible individuals and families in need of assistance may sign up for our programs.
