I am a Rolling Meadows resident who has lived in Palatine Township for 52 years. I attended Forest View High School, Harper Community College and Northwestern University’s Police Staff and Command. I have dedicated over 34 years to public service, all with the Rolling Meadows Police Department. A 34 year veteran of the Rolling Meadows Police Department I retired at the rank of Sergeant, and currently serve on the Rolling Meadows Police Pension Board.
During my career, I was a Field Training Officer, Treasurer of the Rolling Meadows Police Association, Recruit Supervisor at the Illinois State Police Academy and Department Quartermaster.
The four Trustees have authority and responsibility when acting with the Supervisor as the five member Township Board. The Board is the legislative arm of the Township setting policies, practices, and procedures for the Township Supervisor to administer. Board responsibilities include auditing Township bills, attending to annual budgeting and levy responsibilities, spending Township funds, compensating Township officers, appointing the fire protection district trustees and many other functions.
