Palatine Township and the Palatine Lions Club will host an Electronic Recycling Event on Saturday June 8 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 721 S Quentin Road, Palatine.
- All Palatine Township residents are welcome to participate
- Enter via the Illinois Avenue entrance and exit via Quentin Road
- Volunteers will unload your electronics for you
Acceptable Electronics Include:
- Cell Phones
- Power Cords and Cables
- Computers (Including Laptops)
- Keyboards and computer mice
- Electrical and Coax Wire
- Christmas Tree Lights
- CD and DVD players
- VCRs
- Small Electrical Appliances
Microwaves will be accepted for a fee of $25.
Items That Will NOT Be Accepted:
- CRT Monitors
- TVs Of Any Kind or Size
- Smoke Detectors
- Batteries Any Kind or Size
- VHS Tapes
- Light Bulbs
- White Goods (Washing Machines, Dryers)
- Dehumidifiers
- Paint
- Any items considered hazardous waste
