Event Calendar

Palatine Township and the Palatine Lions Club will host an Electronic Recycling Event on Saturday June 8 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 721 S Quentin Road, Palatine.

• All Palatine Township residents are welcome to participate
• Enter via the Illinois Avenue entrance and exit via Quentin Road
• Volunteers will unload your electronics for you

Acceptable Electronics Include:

• Cell Phones
• Power Cords and Cables
• Computers (Including Laptops)
• Keyboards and computer mice
• Electrical and Coax Wire
• Christmas Tree Lights
• CD and DVD players
• VCRs
• Small Electrical Appliances

Microwaves will be accepted for a fee of $25.

Items That Will NOT Be Accepted:

• CRT Monitors
• TVs Of Any Kind or Size
• Smoke Detectors
• Batteries Any Kind or Size
• VHS Tapes
• Light Bulbs
• White Goods (Washing Machines, Dryers)
• Dehumidifiers
• Paint
• Any items considered hazardous waste
