Back to School

The Back to School Supplies program is for children attending grades K-12 for the 2026-2027 school year.  You must be a Palatine Township resident to be eligible.

You must enter a new form for each child.  Application deadline is June 30, 2026.

The school supplies must be picked up on July 22, 2026 between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

Letters will be mailed by July 21 and will include details about School Supplies pick-up procedures.  If you do not receive your letter by July 20, 2026 you must visit the Township to pick up your letter prior to distribution on July 22.

AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD INDIVIDUALLY.

I am aware that participating in other organizations’ School Supply Programs is strictly prohibited. Agencies will cross reference lists, and if I am enrolled in more than one program I will be removed from Palatine Township Programs for one year.
