Back to School Supplies program applications are now closed. The deadline was July 1, 2025
The Back to School Supplies program is for children attending grades K-12 for the 2025-2026 school year. You must be a Palatine Township resident to be eligible.
You must enter a new form for each child. Application deadline is July 1, 2025.
The school supplies must be picked up on August 5, 2025 between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
Letters will be mailed by July 21 and will include details about School Supplies pick-up procedures. If you do not receive your letter by August 1, 2025 you must visit the Township to pick up your letter prior to distribution on August 5.
AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD INDIVIDUALLY.
