Back to School

The Back to School Supplies program is for children attending grades K-12 for the 2024-2025 school year.  You must be a Palatine Township resident to be eligible.

You must enter a new form for each child.  Application deadline is July 1, 2024.

The school supplies must be picked up on August 1 or 2 between 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM.

Letters will be mailed by July 24 and will include details about School Supplies pick-up procedures.  If you do not receive your letter by July 30 you must contact the Township at 847-358-6700.

AN APPLICATION SHOULD BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD INDIVIDUALLY.

I am aware that participating in other organizations’ School Supply Programs is strictly prohibited. Agencies will cross reference lists, and if I am enrolled in more than one program I will be removed from Palatine Township Programs for one year.
